Excellent customer service

After a recall at the main dealership BMW Newport Sytner, I noticed setting changes had been made to my 3 series iDrive. However nothing was explained to me when I collected it! Today I popped into Promotive to have new battery fitted in my key fob, and while speaking to Chris I explained that I was not happy with some of changes and had no idea how to convert them back. Once the fob battery was replaced he called one of the vehicle technicians, Jon to come and sit with me to show me how to reset them back to the original settings 😃. Not only was was the cost of the battery replacement a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere but I must thank the guys for going the extra mile and making me one happy motorist 👏
