For a truly effective automatic gearbox (transmission) service you need to bring your vehicle to a garage that has the specialist kit and where the technicians are trained and experienced.

That garage is Promotive; at our workshop in Newport, we have specialist equipment which allows us to drain off 100% of the gearbox oil via a filter, and replace it with new oil. We continue filtering until every last trace of the old oil is gone and there’s only clear, new oil remaining in the gearbox.

Promotive is unusual in using this specialist method as most garages are still using the traditional method which only removes about 60% of the old oil. One more reason why Promotive is a cut above the rest.
